Azelis in Monterrey area seeks a Sales Support & Coordination professional to assist Account Managers with day-to-day activities, quotations, and order follow-up, ensuring smooth customer interactions and data integrity.

You will maintain customer databases, prepare sales materials, respond to inquiries, support lead generation, and help coordinate regional events with Brand Specialists and Marketing. This role provides critical operational support to drive business growth.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Support & Coordination.
• Assist Account Managers with day-to-day activities including sample entry, quotations, and order follow-up.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records for data accuracy and visibility.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person with prompt, courteous resolution.
• Support lead generation and respond to product questions.
• Act as liaison with customers during Account Manager travel or absences.
• Back up Sales Coordinator and Sales Assistant as needed.
• Coordinate national and regional events, trade shows, and meetings.
• Collaborate with Brand Specialists, Marketing, and regional teams for effective event execution.
• Provide general administrative support to Executive and Sales Teams.
• Monitor key support metrics and contribute to regular reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Assist with customer inquiries to ensure a responsive customer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Coordination


• Support Account Managers by assisting with day-to-day activities including sample entry, document distribution, quotations, regulatory responses, and order follow-up.


• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records to ensure data accuracy and visibility.


• Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.


• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and ensure prompt and courteous issue resolution.


• Assist with sales activities such as responding to product questions, providing product information, and supporting lead generation efforts.


• Act as a liaison with customers during Account Manager travel or absences (e.g., vacation, leave).


• Serve as backup to the Sales Coordinator and Sales Assistant as needed.


• Event Planning & Execution


• Lead or support coordination of national and regional events, including trade shows, technical days, and sales meetings.


• Work closely with Brand Specialists, Marketing, the VP, and regional teams to ensure effective event execution.


• Administrative & Team Support


• Provide general administrative support to the Executive and Sales Teams to help drive business growth.


• Monitor and track key support metrics and contribute to regular reporting efforts.


• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and other relevant data.


• Assist with customer inquiries to support a responsive and high-quality customer experience.
