Molex is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer in Mexico to serve as the primary technical interface between customers and the organization. You will drive complaint management, structured problem solving, and corrective actions to uphold automotive quality standards across manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to resolve quality concerns, lead continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and VDA standards while supporting

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics) or related technical discipline.
• Experience in quality within an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Experience in customer quality or direct customer-facing quality functions.
• Experience leading problem-solving activities using the 8D methodology.
• Professional English proficiency to lead technical meetings and prepare reports for international customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer complaint investigations and containment activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through 8D problem-solving processes.
• Apply Structured Problem Solving (SPS) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Act as primary technical contact for domestic and international customers.
• Analyze quality data and develop improvement plans using statistical methods.
