OPmobility is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to investigate customer complaints, coordinate containment and corrective actions, and drive root-cause analysis across manufacturing and suppliers. The role involves reviewing non-conforming materials, ensuring proper handling of customer-owned assets, and maintaining traceability and documentation.

Travel to Mexico and the USA is required. The successful candidate will work with automotive OEMs and cross-functional teams to meet customer

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Knowledge of quality documentation, manufacturing processes, and quality management systems.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with automotive OEM customers such as Stellantis, Ford, GM, VW, and others.
• Solid experience using problem-solving methodologies, primarily 8D.
• Effective communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability and willingness to travel as required (Mexico and USA).

Responsabilidades

• Investigate customer complaints, quality concerns, and identified product issues.
• Initiate and coordinate containment and corrective actions, ensuring effective communication of quality breakpoints and resolutions.
• Identify root causes and determine the responsible process, department, supplier, or stakeholder.
• Review and manage non-conforming materials in accordance with established quality procedures.
• Ensure the proper return and handling of customer-owned racks and packaging.
• Collect, maintain, and analyze customer quality-related information and documentation.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, understanding their requirements and quality expectations.
• Provide timely updates, follow-up, and feedback regarding customer requests, concerns, and corrective action progress.
• Perform visual inspections to verify compliance with customer specifications and product requirements.
• Monitor and verify sequence numbers, traceability records, and product identification at all times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer satisfaction and drive continuous quality improvement.
