AEO is seeking a Sales Associate in Mexico to provide an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and maintain a well-presented store. You will promote loyalty programs, share product knowledge, and assist customers with style recommendations while supporting team goals.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.

• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate customer-first selling standards to deliver a positive shopping experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about benefits.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest outfits and trends based on customer style to drive sales.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized store areas (floor, cash wrap, fitting room, stockroom).
• Process register sales quickly and accurately following cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items properly.
• Execute merchandise handling from shipments to replenishment while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with a focus on satisfaction.
