AEO is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales in our Benito Juárez store. You will provide knowledgeable product information, guide customers on looks, and maintain a clean, well-presented sales floor while supporting leadership in achieving targets.

You will participate in loyalty programs, handle register transactions, restock merchandise, and ensure brand standards are upheld. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of all AEO loyalty programs and informing customers of each program.
• Leverage store tools and technology to provide customers with product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and current promotions based on their style.
• Promote awareness of the AEO and aerie brands by introducing customers to additional brand channels.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations; label damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns and replenishments according to SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
