You will use product knowledge, participate in loyalty programs, handle register transactions, restock merchandise, and support the management team to resolve customer issues. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Proficient with technology and able to work well in a team.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and hit daily sales goals.
• Inform customers of AE loyalty programs and enroll where appropriate.
• Provide product knowledge to engage customers and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest outfits and trends based on customer style to drive sales.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor and cash wrap.
