American Eagle Outfitters in Mazatlán is seeking a Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will help customers with styling, process sales and maintain a pristine store floor, while upholding AE values and policies.

The role emphasizes brand loyalty, knowledge of promotions, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll engage customers, handle transactions, and support daily sales goals.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs and benefits.
• Use company tools and technology to provide product knowledge and boost engagement.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest key looks and trends to customers based on individual style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and introduce customers to brand channels.
• Handle register sales transactions quickly and accurately following cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to the correct location and label damaged items appropriately at shift end.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Manage merchandise through shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly in line with policy, escalating with store leadership when needed.
