Job summary

AE Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate to generate sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will provide friendly, knowledgeable service and keep the store neat and well-presented to support customer-first engagement.

You will master AE loyalty programs, assist with product knowledge, and process transactions efficiently while supporting teammates and maintaining brand standards across the floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and reach daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks and interactions.
• Assist customers with styling and current promotions based on individual taste.
• Promote brand awareness of AEO and aerie by introducing customers to additional channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures and guidelines.
• Restock returns to the correct location and label damaged items appropriately at end of shift.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Process merchandise from shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and with customer satisfaction in mind, coordinating with store leadership on escalations.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
