The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and comfort with technology, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support colleagues and share knowledge to complete tasks.
• Outfit customers by suggesting looks based on their style and current promotions.
• Promote AE and Aerie brands and cross-channel awareness.
• Process register sales accurately following cash control procedures.
• Restock returns and label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing to replenishment while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
