American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales in Cuautitlán Izcalli. You will keep the store neat, promote AE brand loyalty, and use knowledge of products and promotions to engage customers.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays while maintaining high service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and hit daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers of AE loyalty programs.
• Use company tools and product knowledge to engage customers and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit customers by suggesting looks and incorporating trends and promotions.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands and channels.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged items.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor and backroom.
• Handle shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment with SOP adherence.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and escalate when needed.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
