You will guide customers on trends, manage transactions, and support stock and merchandise presentation while maintaining a neat store environment and abiding by policies and procedures.

Formación

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Collaborative and able to work well in a team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move about.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.
• Ability to receive feedback and act on it.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Promote loyalty programs and inform customers of each program.
• Use tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support colleagues and assist in customer interactions.
• Assist customers in selecting looks and incorporating latest trends.
• Promote brand channels to customers.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns to correct product locations and label damaged merchandise.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy and elevate when needed.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies.
