American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience and help drive daily store sales.

You will apply product knowledge, participate in loyalty programs, and collaborate with teammates to keep the store neat, organized, and engaging while processing transactions accurately and supporting leadership with daily operations.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and sales leadership team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time with short rest breaks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform all Essential Job Functions.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of loyalty programs and informing customers about them.
• Leverage tools and technology to provide product knowledge and enhance engagement.
• Provide support to teammates by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and incorporating trends and promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Ensure returns are restocked to the correct location and label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment per SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Understand and adhere to all company policy and procedures.
