American Eagle Outfitters in Culiacán, Sinaloa, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales while keeping the store neat and well-presented. You will model AE values and help customers find key looks based on current promotions and trends.

You will inform customers about loyalty programs, use store tech to share product knowledge, and process transactions accurately. Team support and brand promotion are essential to the role.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowing and informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Leverage store tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and trends based on individual style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment through floorsets and replenishment while following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns with company policy in mind, collaborating with store leadership on escalations.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
