AE Mexico in Tijuana seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will drive sales by providing friendly, knowledgeable service, maintaining a neat and well-presented store, and acting as a role model for AE Customer First.

You will promote loyalty programs, process transactions quickly and accurately, restock merchandise, and collaborate with the store team to meet daily goals while adhering to company policies.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Leverage company tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks and customer interactions.
• Outfit customers by suggesting key looks and current promotions based on style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands across channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct location and label damaged merchandise properly at end of shift.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment per SOP.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns with policy and store leadership as needed.
• Understand and adhere to all company policy and procedures.
