AEO’s Sales Associate in Mérida, Mexico delivers an exceptional shopping experience, drives daily sales, and maintains a neat, well-presented store. You will use product knowledge to engage customers and promote AE and aerie brands.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, leadership, and colleagues.

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Multitasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends to match the customer’s style and promote promotions.
• Handle register transactions accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns and damaged merchandise to proper locations at shift end.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Process shipments, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
