AEO Inc. in Nuevo León, Mexico, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and keep the store neat and inviting. You will model AEO values, assist customers with product knowledge and styling, and support loyalty programs to maximize customer engagement.

You will handle transactions, restock merchandise, and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues while maintaining brand standards and a safe, welcoming sales floor.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Leverage store tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Assist customers with styling, trend suggestions, and promoting promotions.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately and restock returned merchandise as needed.
