Formación

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to stand for extended periods; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty through knowledge of AEO loyalty programs and informing customers about each program.
• Leverage store tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest key looks and current trends to outfit customers according to their style.
• Promote AEO and aerie brands by guiding customers to additional channels and offerings.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned items to correct locations and manage damaged merchandise.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing to replenishment following SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns with policy and in collaboration with store leadership.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
