AEO is seeking a Sales Associate in Monterrey to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive store sales, and maintain a neat, clean and well-presented environment at all times. You will role model AE Customer First behaviors and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

You will actively promote AE loyalty programs, share product knowledge, assist customers with looks and trends, process transactions accurately, and ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and merchandised in accordance

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers of AE loyalty programs.
• Use tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends based on the customer's style.
• Promote awareness of the AE and aerie brands and channels.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged merchandise per end-of-shift SOP.
• Maintain neat, clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise through shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
