AEO in Mérida seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales while keeping the store neat and well-presented. You will model AEO values and assist customers with ongoing brand knowledge and loyalty programs.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer experience to meet daily sales goals.
• Inform customers about AE loyalty programs.
• Use tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends based on customer style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands across channels.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately according to cash procedures.
• Restock returns and label damaged merchandise properly.
• Keep the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom neat and safe.
• Handle merchandise from shipment to floor with SOP adherence.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and elevate with leadership as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
