DoorDash Mexico is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Forecasting Workforce Management team. You will drive projects to scale global operations, optimize processes, and deliver cost savings.

You will design and execute SQL‑driven analyses, build BI dashboards, and collaborate with Data Science, BI, Operations, and Finance to influence leadership decisions. Strong English communication and senior stakeholder engagement are essential.

Formación

• Masters degree in a quantitative field or a quantitative bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong SQL, Excel skills and experience building BI dashboards.
• Ability to read ETL pipelines and collaborate with data and software engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects and influence cross‑functional teams (BI, Data Science, Operations).
• Own demand planning and forecasting initiatives for designated business lines.
• Design metrics and dashboards; implement data‑driven process improvements.
• Bridge data requirements with business needs and drive timely reporting.
