PwC México is seeking a Strategy Generalist - Senior Associate to analyze client needs and craft customer-centric solutions that drive growth. You will map customer journeys to deliver seamless experiences and collaborate with advisory, assurance, tax, and business services teams.

You will mentor colleagues, lead project delivery, and uphold our standards and values while leveraging technology and innovation to enhance service excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.

As a Strategy Generalist - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs and develop customer-centric solutions that enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will focus on creating seamless and personalized experiences that foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for analyzing customer touchpoints and designing customer journey maps to support clients in achieving their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your growing knowledge of business operations to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will motivate and inspire team members, coaching them to deliver quality work and manage performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also mentor others, using the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the skills of team members.

Responsibilities

• Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
• Utilizing customer data management and customer relationship management tools to improve customer engagement and retention
• Conducting customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for business process improvement and customer value proposition enhancement

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
