Maersk in Mexico City seeks a CX Representative to deliver world-class customer service via inbound and outbound calls, resolving last-mile issues and coordinating with delivery teams, stores and warehouses to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years in a contact center, forwarder or customs brokerage, ERP and Excel skills (Pivot Tables & Formulas), and English level of B1-B2.

• Academic background: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Years of Experience: 2 years in Contact Center, Forwarder or Customs Brokerage Firm
• Software: ERP and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas)
• Technical Skills: Handle 60 Daily Calls (average)
• English Level: B1-B2
