Flowserve is seeking a Sales Support Representative in Torreón, Mexico, to be the main point of contact for customers and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to respond to inquiries and advance sales opportunities.

You will generate high-quality proposals, support quarterly forecasts, and provide data-driven insights to improve sales productivity and win rates, collaborating across global teams.

Formación

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales support or a related role.
• Experience in engineered manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary customer contact and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and QA.
• Lead coordination on aftermarket quotes with stakeholders to improve cycle times.
• Review customer specs to apply Flowserve requirements.
• Generate high-quality, on-time proposals to facilitate order fulfilment.
• Support sales forecasts, quota planning, and productivity reporting.
• Maintain organized records of sales training and org charts.
