Parker Hannifin Corp in Mexico seeks a sales engineer to provide technical advice and product support for Parker cylinders and valves. You will help distributors and customers select motion and control solutions and drive sales through technical guidance.

This role focuses on field engagement, regular visits, training, and building trusted relationships to expand market penetration in the Bajio Zone.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, automotive, electromechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience in sales, territory management, business development or key account management.
• Ability to understand technical applications and communicate with engineering and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing account plans, sales pipelines, forecasts and CRM activity.
• Self-directed, results-oriented with ability to manage a territory with multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficient in English for professional technical communication.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve budgeted sales targets and increase market share for Parker cylinders and valves.
• Develop territory and account growth plans across customers, distributors, OEMs and channels.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand Parker product presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key customer stakeholders.
• Lead consultative sales by understanding customer needs and recommending Parker solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from opportunity to order and account development.
• Provide field technical support and promote new products.
• Deliver technical training, courses and webinars to distributors and customers.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, delivery commitments, and payments to ensure satisfaction.
• Support profitable growth balancing revenue, margin, inventory, and long-term fit.
