Job summary

TE Connectivity in TIJUANA is seeking a Customer Demand Specialist to align customer demand with operations, acting as a strategic liaison between customers, Supply Chain, and Customer Success to improve delivery performance.

You will own demand management, analyze forecasts, manage schedules, and communicate risks and recovery plans. Fluency in English and a degree plus relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Analyze demand patterns and delivery metrics to inform decisions.
• Influence and collaborate with stakeholders across levels and functions.
• Experience managing schedules and customer forecasts.
• Advanced English.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in account management or production planning.

Responsibilities

• Own demand management for assigned product families, including backlog, forecast, open orders, and proactive status communication.
• Coordinate and execute customer expedite requests, schedule changes, and order cancellations per authority.
• Partner cross-functionally to balance customer requirements with operational capabilities and drive delivery performance.
• Develop trusted relationships with key customer contacts with proactive communication and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Excellence and commercial teams to analyze forecasts, manage LOBs, identify trends, and support scorecard reviews.
• Identify supply risks and delivery constraints; drive mitigation with Operations and Supply Chain.
