You will handle mail, filing, and general office duties, collaborate with management, and perform any other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations of the Culinary Administration office.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in hotel operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with business contacts and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the smooth operation of the Culinary Administration office.
• Administer all mail going in and out of the Culinary Administration office.
• Maintain a proper filing system for all Culinary Department records.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned by Culinary management.
