Job summary

Roquette in Querétaro, México is seeking our next SSC CREDIT/AR MANAGER within the AR/Credit team for the Americas. You will oversee all Accounts Receivable activities, drive collections, manage credit risk, and coordinate with Sales and Customer Care to resolve payment issues.

This role requires strong leadership, 10 years of multinational experience, and proficiency with SAP/Oracle/Kyriba. You will lead the AR/Credit team, implement policies, and report on aging and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and 10 years in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Risk including Cash, Credit, and Financial Markets.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end Credit-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive collections performance and optimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Lead and motivate the credit team to meet timely collection targets.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies for customer accounts.
• Enforce collections policy in all operations and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee accounts receivable processes including invoice generation and reconciliations.
