Job summary

Schneider Electric in Monterrey, NL is seeking a Collections Analyst to join the Credit and Collections team. You will analyze payment behavior, assess credit risk, and drive cash collection strategies in a hybrid work setting at the Mty HUB (Punto Valle).

The role requires 1 year in collections, advanced English, and proficiency with SAP/ERP and Excel. You will collaborate with external partners, manage accounts, and ensure prompt application of payments.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, Economics, Intl Business or similar.
Experience: 1 year in Collections.
SAP experience preferred or related ERP systems.
Excel required (Intermediate, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, filters).
Advanced English - MUST.
Experience on deduction analysis.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth past due risk analyses by reviewing customer payment behavior and data.
Track and manage customer accounts, monitor status and outstanding balances.
Implement strategic collection activities including reminders and outbound communications.
Collaborate with external collection partners to resolve complex cases.
