Job summary

Henkel is seeking an Accountant Collector in Mexico to lead timely recovery of the assigned credit portfolio and meet targets for past-due accounts. The role involves analyzing AR transactions, monitoring payment applications, and generating monthly reports while coordinating with local teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and Macros proficiency required.
• Portuguese (Advanced) and English (Upper Intermediate) are needed.
• Negotiation, problem solving and analytical thinking are essential.
• Customer relationship management, time management and teamwork with results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Recover the value of credit sales within company authorized period.
• Achieve or exceed overdue targets and minimize bad debt.
• Create synergy across Sales, Customer Service, Logistics and Local Team to resolve collection issues.
• Apply Quality Management System per ISO 9001:2015 in daily activities.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide administrative support for the process.
