Job summary

Roquette Group seeks an experienced SSC CREDIT/AR MANAGER to oversee A/R for the Americas from our Querétaro operations. You will lead the credit team, drive timely collections, assess credit risk, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, and customers to resolve issues.

You’ll supervise AR processes, ensure compliance, implement best practices, and report on aging, disputes, and KPI trends. Strong IFRS-9 knowledge and SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent.
• 10 years in a multinational with AR/Credit exposure desired.
• Experience in end-to-end Credit-to-Cash and O2C processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the credit team to achieve timely collections and optimize DSO.
• Assess and approve customer credit limits and terms per policy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, and customers to resolve payment issues.
