Monks is seeking a Content Strategist for Creators to join our Strategy team and shape the social direction for top-tier influencer programs. You will translate platform behavior, audience signals and performance data into a clear strategic plan for creators and their brand campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

This role focuses on strategy and content evolution rather than outreach or talent coordination, with collaboration across cross-disciplinary teams and clients to deliver

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in social media strategy with a strong focus on influencers, creators or community growth.
• Demonstrated experience growing creator or brand profiles through organic engagement and community-building tactics.
• A strong understanding of how creative choices, platform mechanics and audience behavior shape content performance.
• Solid knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube, including their formats, communities and creator ecosystems.
• A sharp understanding of social culture, subcultures and trends, with the judgment to distinguish meaningful shifts from fads and buzzwords.
• Hands‑on familiarity with AI tools and a thoughtful perspective on integrating them into strategic and creative workflows.
• Strong research and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to frame complex challenges into clear, compelling presentations.
• Experience building social performance reports, identifying meaningful patterns and turning findings into action plans.
• Concise, persuasive writing and the ability to express intricate ideas simply without losing the strategic thread.
• A problem‑solving mindset that balances the big picture with the detail required at every strategic step.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with clients.
• Experience working for the fashion and beauty industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the social strategy behind influencer and creator programs: defining how profiles should evolve and how content can perform better.
• Develop social-first campaigns and always-on recommendations that connect brand objectives with audience needs, creator strengths and platform-native behavior across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to translate data and culture signals into actionable strategies and presentations.
