Monks, the digital-first marketing partner, seeks an experienced strategist to develop integrated brand and campaign approaches in a fast-paced environment in Mexico City.

You will translate culture and technology trends into actionable creative concepts, partner with clients to solve business challenges, and drive data-informed optimization across campaigns. A strong POV and effective presentation skills are essential.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in strategy, digital marketing, brand content or consulting.
• Active use of AI tools in your current work, and willingness to experiment with new tools and technologies.
• A confident, clear presenter able to communicate complex ideas persuasively to clients and internal teams.
• Strong familiarity with social platforms: how they operate culturally, not just functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated strategies across brand systems, campaigns, social platforms and digital actions that align with client business goals and drive measurable results.
• Stay fluent in culture, technology, entertainment and industry trends, translating that fluency into executable creative concepts, platforms and solutions.
• Serve as a strategic partner for clients: understand their business challenges, audiences and data deeply, and bring recommendations and innovation leaps.
• Having a strong POV is a must: without your own perspective, there's no strategic value that machines can't already deliver.
• Write internal briefs that translate client needs into actionable steps for a creative team, using AI tools to expand research and audience capabilities.
• Lead ideation sessions with the creative team and clients.
• Track KPIs and performance data to optimize live campaigns and surface new opportunities.
