Monks is seeking a strategic Social Media Lead to shape organic growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. You will plan content calendars, collaborate with Creative and Community teams, and translate brand objectives into platform-specific approaches.

You have 3+ years in social media strategy, a background in marketing or communications, and a track record of driving engagement. Fashion or beauty experience is a plus, and you’ll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Strong analytical skills and turning data into recommendations.

• Familiarity with social media management, analytics and listening tools.
• Experience integrating AI into strategic workflows and exploration.

Responsabilidades

• Content Planning: develop and oversee content calendars, campaigns, and deliverables, ensuring strategic consistency, quality, and attention to detail throughout the process.
• Organic Growth Strategy: develop strategies to increase reach, relevance, and engagement of brand channels and creator profiles.
• Innovation and Experimentation: explore emerging technologies and new approaches to content and creator development.
• Team Guidance: work with Creative team and Community Managers to align efforts with objectives.
• Community Intelligence: analyze audience behaviors to identify opportunities for content and growth.
• Performance and Optimization: define and track organic growth and content KPIs and derive insights.
• Trends and Opportunities: monitor trends and assess relevance for brand and creators.
• Platform Strategy: tailor approaches for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Collaborative Work: collaborate with Data, Paid Media, Creative, and Project Management teams.
