Winnrz UK seeks a Social Media Lead to own the end-to-end social presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms. You will build and execute content strategies, collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Performance, CRM, Product and Commercial teams, and push bold, commercially meaningful ideas.

• 8–12 years of experience in social media, content, organic social marketing, brand, or related discipline.
• Hands-on, individual contributor with ability to execute end-to-end campaigns.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and social ecosystems.

• Own end-to-end social media strategy and execution for Winnrz across major platforms.
• Develop social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
