Job summary

Salesforce in Mexico City is seeking a Creative Operations Lead (Level 7) to serve as the operational backbone for the Flex Creative node. You will orchestrate workflows, remove bottlenecks, and scale output to meet the demands of a world-class enterprise while aligning with HQ.

Reporting to local leadership, you will bridge the local team with global creative leaders, manage resources, pipelines, and localization, and drive 30% faster production.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of elite operations leadership in a high-volume creative environment.
• Mastery of complex resource logistics across distributed pipelines.
• Familiarity with modern creative pipelines including asset handoff frameworks.
• Elite stakeholder management with senior leadership experience.
• Impeccable English fluency for executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational point of contact with HQ and global creative leaders to align regional delivery with priorities.
• Design, optimize, and enforce agile project management within the local node and track milestones for major events.
• Manage logistics and scalability of tech infrastructure, licenses, compliance, and AI stack assets.
• Structure and facilitate feedback loops and handoffs between local teams and global stakeholders (AMER, EMEA).
• Track cycle speeds and production balance, identifying bottlenecks and driving improvements for faster delivery.
