Salesforce in Mexico City is seeking a Creative Operations Lead (Level 7) to serve as the operational backbone for the Flex Creative node, orchestrating workflows, scaling outputs, and aligning local delivery with global campaign roadmaps.

Reporting to local leadership and collaborating with HQ, you will manage resource planning, pipelines, localization workflows, and AI tool stack, while driving a 30% faster production speed.

Formación

• 8+ years leading creative operations, programs, or traffic in a high-volume environment.
• Proven track record managing distributed creative pipelines and vendor alignments.
• Deep understanding of digital design ecosystems and asset handoff frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management with executive-level collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, experience with HQ alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary operational contact for Salesforce HQ, aligning regional delivery with global priorities.
• Design, optimize, and enforce agile project management within the local node, tracking timelines and milestones.
• Manage the deployment and scalability of the node's AI stack and enterprise licenses.
• Structure feedback loops and handoffs between local teams and global stakeholders across AMER/EMEA.
• Monitor cycle speeds and production balance to drive a 30% faster delivery.
