Salesforce in Mexico City is seeking a Creative Operations Lead to act as the operational backbone for the Flex Creative node. You will align regional delivery with Salesforce HQ priorities, design agile workflows, and manage the AI-enabled creative stack.

The role requires 8+ years in operations leadership, strong vendor and stakeholder management, and fluency in English to lead cross-functional executive briefings with global teams.

Formación

• 8+ years of elite operations leadership in creative ops, programs, or traffic within a large org or agency.
• Mastery of complex resource logistics across distributed pipelines and vendor alignments.
• Familiarity with modern creative pipelines and asset handoff frameworks (Figma, Lottie, Rive).
• Elite stakeholder management, partnering with senior leadership at HQ.
• Flawless English communication, able to lead cross-functional syncs with C-level stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the operational backbone for the Flex Creative node in Mexico City, aligning regional delivery with global priorities.
• Design, optimize, and enforce agile project management frameworks for milestones and deliverables (e.g., Dreamforce).
• Manage logistics and scalability of the team’s tech stack, licensing, and compliance for AI tooling.
• Structure feedback loops and handoffs between local designers/animators and distributed global teams.
• Track cycle speeds and bottlenecks, driving solutions to achieve a 30% faster production delivery.
