Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an Imaging Production Specialist in Mexico City with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will transform approved concepts into production-ready files for events and digital campaigns, ensuring accuracy across print and digital media, while maintaining a strong design aesthetic and brand consistency. You will collaborate with project managers, intake requests, and vendors, leveraging Adobe Creative Cloud tools to deliver pixel-perfect outputs.

Qualifications

• BA or BFA in Marketing, Design or related field
• Extensive experience in design, production or related field
• Experience working in digital design and production at an internal marketing organization or advertising agency
• Deep understanding of creative production processes across digital & print formats
• Print experience is essential for events and global signage
• Experience managing internal client relationships and agencies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English
• 8 years of industry or related creative experience
• Expert knowledge of creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Canva

Responsibilities

• Work with project managers to understand scope and ask pertinent questions
• Build print mechanicals using InDesign and Illustrator, preparing files per CMYK specs
• Experience with mechanical tools such as Triple Triangle (a plus)
• Deliver production-ready files for events and digital campaigns across formats
• Lay out concepts in various formats with strong visual aesthetic
• Adhere to Salesforce guidelines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure final assets are uploaded to the internal DAM
