Salesforce seeks a Web Production Lead, Global Design Production, in Mexico City with a hybrid work setup. You will head a new team of web production designers, while staying hands-on in Figma to ensure production-ready work.

Formación

• Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Figma and production of design work.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery of web production projects.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and modular components.
• Experience with CMS or page-builder environments and large-scale production pipelines.
• Strong QA instincts and ability to set standards to avoid rework.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders in high-volume environments.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Figma Make, Weave, Webflow) and adopting new tech.
• Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale marketing websites.

Responsabilidades

• Own project delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, resourcing, and quality across multiple web production streams.
• Build and grow a team of web production designers: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and career development.
• Stay hands-on in Figma to build and review production-ready mockups and set quality standards.
• Translate briefs into scalable production plans for the team to execute.
• Establish and evolve production processes, design system usage, templates, and QA standards.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, PMMs, copywriters, and web publishing leads to manage handoffs and risks.
• Identify gaps early and resolve issues before they hit production.
• Balance team workload across a high-volume portfolio.
