RX Mexico seeks a results-driven Country Manager to lead the Mexico business within our global matrix. You will steer strategy, performance, and growth, oversee operations, and build high-performing teams to deliver outstanding event experiences aligned with business objectives.

Formación

• Experience as a Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading large and complex teams, including matrix and indirect structures.
• Experience operating within multinational organizations.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and structured processes.
• Advanced business English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with strategic thinking capability.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

About the Role
