RX Global seeks a Country Manager for Mexico City to lead strategy, operations, and growth in a global matrix. You will own P&L, guide cross‑functional teams, and serve as the public face of RX Mexico, building strong external partnerships while driving profitability and sustainable growth.

Ideal candidates bring multinational leadership experience, a sharp commercial/financial mindset, and fluency in English to influence stakeholders and deliver exceptional event experiences aligned to business

Formación

• Proven experience in a Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Strong track record of managing P&L responsibility in a multinational setting.
• Experience leading large, matrixed teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of governance, compliance, and corporate standards.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the country’s growth strategy with long-term planning and expansion.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality event delivery and efficiency.
• Represent RX Mexico as the public face and build external relationships.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve alignment and productivity.
• Monitor metrics and drive revenue growth while optimizing costs.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards.
• Lead, develop, and engage high-performing teams with an inclusive culture.
• Own full P&L accountability for sustainable and profitable growth.
