Formación

• Experience as a Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading large and complex teams, including matrix and indirect structures.
• Experience operating within multinational organizations.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and structured processes.
• Advanced business English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with strategic thinking capability.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the country’s growth strategy, including long-term planning and business expansion
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality event delivery and operational excellence
• Act as the public face of RX Mexico, building and maintaining key external relationships
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and alignment across teams
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to grow revenue and optimize costs
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards
• Lead, develop, and engage high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive culture
• Own full P&L accountability, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth
