RX Global is seeking a Country Manager for Mexico to lead the strategy, performance, and growth of the Mexico business within a global matrix. You will drive sustainable growth, oversee operations, and build high-performing teams while delivering exceptional event experiences aligned with business objectives.

You will own the P&L, define growth strategies, manage external relationships, ensure compliance, and foster an inclusive culture across the organization.

• Experience leading a country/region in a large organization.
• Strong track record of driving growth and profitability.
• Excellent people leadership and cross-functional influence.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the country growth strategy and long-term planning.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality event delivery.
• Act as the public face of RX Mexico and manage external relationships.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and alignment.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to grow revenue and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams and foster an inclusive culture.
• Own full P&L accountability and deliver sustainable growth.
