RXO, Inc. seeks a data-focused professional in Monterrey to manage large data sets and process requirements. The role provides updates and status confirmations to internal and external customers based on system data. Daily meetings with colleagues and customers are part of the scope.

You will leverage your data analysis skills, work with SAP/IMS, and communicate in English to keep systems current and relationships strong across teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Data analysis.
• MRP software skills such as SAP and IMS are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify the status of parts adjustments and communicate back to the customer promptly.

This position will be responsible of manage large amount of data to process requirements. Will also provide status and confirmations to internal and external customers based on the system´s data bases Updates.

Will also hold daily meetings with different people among the organization and with the customer.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Take meetings with customer in English and be able to update information.


• Work with colleagues to perform the system up to date.


• Identify the status of the parts adjustments and communicate back to customer in a timely manner.


• Work as team with colleagues to build a strong relationship.

What you’ll need to excel:

• At a minimum, you’ll need: Conversational English, and strong knowledge of data analysis.


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience (Degree type can be added; Ex: Bachelor’s degree


• 1 to 3 years of experience in Data analysis.


• It’d be great if you also have: MRP Computer/Software Skills (SAP, IMS.)
