RX Global seeks a Country Manager for Mexico to lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the Mexico business within a global matrix. You will drive sustainable growth, oversee operations, and build high-performing teams while delivering exceptional event experiences aligned to business objectives.

You will influence stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliant, profitable execution across markets, reporting to global leadership.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Strong track record of managing P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading large and complex teams, including matrix and indirect structures.
• Experience operating within multinational organizations.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and structured processes.
• Advanced business English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with strategic thinking capability.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the country's growth strategy, including long-term planning and business expansion.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality event delivery and operational excellence.
• Act as the public face of RX Mexico, building and maintaining key external relationships.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and alignment across teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to grow revenue and optimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards.
• Lead, develop, and engage high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Own full P&A accountability, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
