Job summary

JLL is seeking an Events Coordinator in Mexico City to manage end-to-end corporate events for Salesforce, ensure flawless execution, and lead the Events Analysis and Execution team. You will coordinate venue, catering, A/V, and security while serving as the primary client contact and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires 4+ years in event management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong English/Spanish communication. On-site work in Polanco with varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Administration, Hotel Management, Marketing or related field.
• 4+ years of corporate event management experience with team leadership.
• Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with event management software, registration platforms, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual Spanish-English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event planning: venue selection, space setup, capacity, timelines, vendors, and logistics.
• Oversee room bookings, space setup, and catering for optimal utilization and minimal disruption.
• Coordinate A/V equipment installation and technical support for presentations and multimedia events.
• Oversee catering and hospitality: food, beverages, vendors, dietary accommodations.
• Serve as the primary client contact: budgeting guidance and feedback collection for improvement.
• Coordinate with security: access control, parking, vendor access, deliveries, and cleaning.
• Lead and follow up with the Events Analysts and Events Assistants team.
