JLL in Mexico is seeking a Manager, Field Marketing to drive integrated marketing strategies in the Mexico market, integrating communications and events with sales and leadership. The role emphasizes collaboration with the CEO and Mexico leadership to raise market presence and deliver measurable ROI.

Based on a 9-6 on-site schedule, the position offers a gross monthly salary of 59,000 MXN and a strong benefits package including IMSS, vacation, bonuses, life insurance, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3-6 years of relevant marketing experience; professional services or CRE industry preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, campaign development, and program execution
• Strong event management experience with proven ability to execute client-facing programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling messaging
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Experience working with business leaders and sales teams
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
• Proven ability to work effectively with C-suite executives, demonstrating discretion and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with priorities with Head of Mexico Field Marketing
• Develop proactive communications strategies and messaging supporting field marketing
• Collaborate with CEO and Mexico leadership on media opportunities and executive profile development
• Lead planning, execution, and management of events, podcasts, seminars, and experiential programs
• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for sponsored events
• Track and report event and communications performance with ROI insights
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders as a trusted marketing advisor
