Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end corporate interior and commercial real estate projects. You will be the primary contact between the client, consultants, contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal teams, managing scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management.
• 4+ years of experience in project or construction management.
• Experience managing corporate interiors or office fit-outs.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects successfully through design, procurement, construction, handover, and close-out.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and coordinate stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, forecasts, commitments, and change orders.
• Monitor procurement, RFPs, bid evaluations, contractor selection, and contract execution.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, building safety, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare client reports, progress updates, and risk logs.
