Job summary

Rapido Solutions Group is seeking a Compliance Admin to manage onboarding of new contractors and perform routine checks on violation records. The role collaborates with processing to re-verify and onboard approved applicants, audits DQF files and criminal records, and handles daily email communication to stay updated on contractor-related matters.

Responsibilities include safety reviews, logging violations, document expirations, annual audits, and verification of reports and MVRs to ensure

Qualifications

• 1 year of Back Office experience
• At least 6 months of Logistics experience

Responsibilities

• Support Safety by completing safety reviews based on FMCSA and company eligibility requirements
• Receive, log and monitor contractor violation alerts and verify accuracy of violations
• Update expirations for in-house documents and federal documentation
• Conduct and submit yearly audits to ensure compliance with company regulations
• Review reports from previous employers to ensure information is complete
• Verify contractor MVRs and certifications match records
• Complete employment verifications within 30 days
• Stay organized by managing daily emails and responding promptly
