Job summary

Rapido Solutions Group is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to provide administrative and logistical support to the transportation operations team. You will help coordinate documentation, scheduling, and driver/customer communications to keep daily transportation services running smoothly.

Working Monday to Friday 13:00–21:00, you will assist with dispatching, monitor DOT compliance, manage transportation data in TMS, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• DOT and transportation compliance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching, routing, and scheduling of transportation activities.
• Maintain communication with drivers, vendors, and customers to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Monitor transportation systems and tools to track delivery status, vehicle performance, and route efficiency.
• Prepare and manage transportation documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, and compliance records.
• Input and maintain data in transportation management systems (TMS).
• Support the Operations Manager with special projects, audits, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Respond to service disruptions with real-time solutions to minimize impact.
• Maintain organized files and records related to shipments, equipment, and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and billing, to facilitate operations.
